Worship Pastor, St Mark’s Woodthorpe

Part-time 3days / 20hrs per week (flexible) / £16,000 -17,000 per year depending on experience / Two-year fixed term with potential extension to 2030 / 6% employer contribution

In December 2025, under new leadership, St Mark’ s entered a season of renewal and revitalisation in partnership with the Diocese of Southwell and Nottingham. Our vision is to see hearts on fire for Jesus and hope come alive in North Nottingham. As God brings renewal, we are restoring ministries that introduce people to Jesus and draw them into worshipping life.

The Worship Pastor will lead and develop a culture of Spirit-filled, encounter-focused worship that reflects the vision of St Mark’s. The post-holder will equip, disciple, and grow a worship team; lead worship across generations and support the wider mission of the church. This role is foundational in establishing worship as a transformational expression of our revitalisation and our commitment to see hearts on fire and hope alive in North Nottingham.
